Our Cherry Extra Jam is produced seasonally and by hand and it is characterised by a high content of fruit. We produce it by cooking over a direct flame the fresh fruit, cleaned and cut into small pieces, in a steel cauldron. The jars are then boiled in a bain-marie to obtain the vacuum-packing. When you taste the jam you can clearly feel the body and flavour of the cherries.
